Rakesh Shukla is a former Indian first-class cricketer and notable all-rounder in the sport of cricket. He was born on May 4, 1948 in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. His cricketing career as an accomplished right-arm leg-spinner and lower-middle order batsman spanned from the late 1960s to early 1980s.
